After Bush claimed victory in Iraq, the war increased. Bush said "In Afghanistan, we removed a dangerous regime that harbored the terrorists who plotted the attacks of 9/11." but that's a lie and even so then what are our soldiers doing there now, as a minimum we logically wouldn't need as many there as theoretically we needed prior to the stated removal. Trying to make people stupid is not the solution. It is not legal and it is completely unprincipled when against our own people. It is damnable when against the Chosen people of God of Constitution Article VII which "Lord" wording was damnably removed by Bush for the second illegal constitution the Bush legion damnably made (see previous news). Bush and the Saudis caused 9/11, ask the FBI. A simple old-school idea was for the US to get Iran to attack Iraq, an idea that has merit, though only if for non-criminal reasoning. This year for instance in Norway 20 people ingested something that turned out to actually contain scopolamine, and were hospitalized (see previous news on Bethesda). Hospitals and drug companies want users to report and advertise to others that they felt no pain, even if not true, since scopolamine for instance does not stop pain, just the memory. Similar drugs are Sominex, Tylenol PM, NyQuil. And there will have to be a negotiated solution on that basis." So if that was true, then it seems Russia would have had no reason to invade, and that the US and others would have stepped-in and protected our friends and relatively new allies in Georgia as required by higher US law [and treaties]. Therefore the loopholes and other provisions for attack, if any, along with the original Security Council format and enforcement plans with revisions need be addressed properly to treat the problem rather than the symptoms as required by law, that is, in other words, if Russia and Georgia would together rejoice, great, and if they do not together rejoice then there is no logical reason to automatically blame Russia, Georgia, nor any other grouping, any grouping other than the agreement source (see new agreement article above, and the new French led agreement in previous news) (:News White House). Child soldiers are "kidnapped, plied with narcotics and pressed into service as children.", according to David Axe, as they have often been recovered, reunited, and brought to the US to live. Technology is available, but Bush legion hasn't provided time to train personnel properly to be able to know how to operate the available technologies. Fancy new weapons are in skyrocketing demand but the US President and the end user soldiers don't know what to do with fancy expensive equipment: does this button make it work?, or what happens if I push that button?, as the emergency need for PCS explodes. While some of the technologies might be able to fire in an instant, operator manuals are increasingly complex, virtually devoid of end user guidance, and are instead merely written for legal accountability and sales profitability purposes. Even a child knows how to bend their finger to pull a trigger randomly: yet it requires a little more wisdom to pull for charity. Africa's Congolese people have since 1998 been recruiting children to be expendable soldiers without respect to families, faiths, or nations (see previous news on UN human rights) according to the International Rescue Committee, IRC, charity and NewsWhiteHouse.com sources. The IRC has reunited 1,200 child soldiers with their families in the past 3 years. IRC has also helped for instance in Pakistan, when an earthquake (see previous news on many earthquakes over magnitude 5 happening weekly globally typically) in 2005 took 18,000 students and 800 teachers. Another charity, LIFE Outreach International, LOI, has 400,000 children relying on LOI in order to survive, as LOI alone provides food (:IRC, News White House, & LOI). In the US Supreme Court Case of adult Boumediene v. Bush the illegal finding of the Court was that Bush didn't have to obey the law, such as requiring a person under arrest to be brought before a judge or into court, especially to secure the person's release unless lawful grounds are shown for their detention. Bush is not allowed to break the law and arrest and torture people against the law, simply because they are in another nation's jurisdiction which was the Court's perspective (Boumediene v. Bush is in US jurisdiction). There are international treaties that say the US won't do such things, and such is the law. Even in other countries the US agreed to not just destroy and torture (legal declaration of war aside). US law was not formed simply to have legal declaration of war constantly, lest there be little need for law: instead it would be as a dictatorship, as it is becoming. This horrific number of human resources being used, traumatized, and / or depleted is staggering to sensibilities, and should be sobering to the US nation since victims with weapons in fact often do not have the same responsibilities mindsets as those fairly treated (see previous news on the enemy from within). The idea of a secret reserve of power to surprise the enemy, is evidently a lost idea since other nations can fairly easily see that the US is using-up it reserves, economic might, and many of it's other traditional logical leadership strengths such as virtue and honor (see previous news on military intelligence, on treason, and on the weakening pattern of US leadership). When Bush used to have his national terrorism alerts, a part time police officer on the continental US Northwest coast for instance explained he was the only law in the many mile of coastal region and his phone didn't work: homeland un-security (see previous news). Those not being sent, including the US National Guard, are also now active in Iraqi combat (see next pic and article below), focused on aggression and/or protection in Iraq, while the US continues to largely go unprotected from illegal immigrants, WMDs shipped to the US un-inspected, and with the US National Guard not being as available for infrastructure help such as to rescue people stranded on boats, flood victims, nor being as available to fight giant fires. "They're putting a missile down somebody's chimney and taking out bad guys, and the next thing they're taking their wife out to dinner, their kids to school," said Herz, a Ph.D. who interviewed pilots and sensor operators for a doctoral dissertation on human error in Predator accidents. But the AP also claimed the "Air National Guardsmen who operate Predator drones over Iraq via remote control, launching deadly missile attacks from the safety of Southern California 7,000 miles away, are suffering some of the same psychological stresses as their comrades on the battlefield."; though similar to the General George Patton pattern "goose888" (sic) has this to say: "Again, I'm sure the vast majority of people who have [given their opinions] on this topic have never seen any form of combat such that they can comment on whether or not this form of killing is traumatic. Defense Secretary Gates did a good (see news article below on "Child Safety" and "juror") job last night addressing Russian invasion concerns, stating that the US has had a long lasting peace with Russia, and there is no current reason sufficient to change that. Though he had met with Russian officials, asking questions (see previous news on Pelosi, Myrick, and impeachment), Bob maintained the importance of peace, as Russia is important, yet Bob has bigger fish to fry. Now armed with the knowledge that Bush illegally forged other people's signatures internationally in order to [by default / process as history teaches] kill Bob's soldiers by Bush's illegal wars, Bob needs to examine why those under his charge are illegally dying and not only put an end to it, yet to also prevent such recurrence. As President Bush points-out both Georgia and Russia have helped the US at times, but each has also had opinions that differed from those of US leadership at times. US law is no secret, other nations are at liberty to make peace among themselves such as via following US law. Child Safety Progress, Also Child Safety Up For Grabs:
President George W. Bush is signing some helpful laws such as the following: "H.R. 4040, the "Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008," which reauthorizes the Consumer Product Safety Commission for FYs 2010-2014 and expands the Commission's role in ensuring the safety of consumer products, especially those designed for children;" and it sounds pretty good from a legal perspective [and from a moral perspective, if to add a fair amount of bias (see previous news on legal juror, legal voter, and legal Presidential decision making bias)], though there is also a concern that children are breathing pollution, drinking pollution, and eating pollution, along with mentally feeding-on TV, Internet, and other that often contains pollution (see previous news on concerns related to polluting young minds, and on mind control). Decades ago for instance movie theaters experimented with odors to go along with the films, so today it's not hard to imagine that toys will soon integrate (see previous news on Wii) mind control devices as toys for kids, to make the feeling more as reality. Laws are not merely for tactics, yet are more importantly for strategic leadership planning (see previous news on before-the-fact, on PCS, and on Bush getting rid of experts to instead have popular people around). Legislation on toys dangerous to children for instance, can hardly focus on toys when children want to play with the boxes that contained the toys. Similarly parents need better direct control by law (see previous news on the program rating system, and on PCS). Whether a toy store or other store, by legislation, a person should be able to easily quickly understand imminent dangers, associated dangers, inferred dangers, and other conditions more toward safety. It's just not that complex to do such a thing. In comparison, the television program rating system was arbitrarily established and was pretty good but then people arbitrarily ruined it evidently. A politician is not necessarily licensed as an MD (see previous news on Democrat leader Howard Dean) so therefore cannot legally approve such legislation on their own credentials. The SEC is busy cracking down on insider trading, Ponzi schemes, and other ways to ripoff the public. Meanwhile hedge fund investing has always been considered risky by many experts, but on top of that risk is that hedge fund management positions evidently attracts crooks. The FBI just sent to prison another hedge fund manager, the sentence is 57 months. But that's not the end of the story. Similarly today plans are going forward to collect that solar energy for useful electrical power purposes.
